Tube Laser Cutting
A solution for cutting round, square, rectangular, and other metal profiles. The configuration is selected based on shape, size range, workpiece length, weight, and loading flow.

When is tube laser cutting needed?
It is selected when cutting, hole-making, or contouring on tubes must be handled in a more integrated workflow.
Metal Furniture
For table frames, chairs, racks, and components made from tube or hollow section.
Frames & Structures
For profiles, joints, holes, and cut shapes in structural components.
Tubular Components
For machinery, automotive, sports equipment, displays, and other tubular products.
Four factors that determine the configuration
Diameter alone is not enough. Profile shape, length, material weight, and loading method have a major effect on machine configuration.
1. Shape and size range
Specify round, square, rectangular, or other profiles together with the minimum and maximum dimensions.
2. Material and wall thickness
The material types and wall-thickness range that will be cut most often.
3. Workpiece length and weight
Incoming stock length, finished-part length, and maximum weight should be provided.
4. Loading pattern
Product variety, volume, bundle-loading needs, and automation level determine the loading solution.
