Sheet Laser Cutting
A metal sheet cutting solution for simple to complex contours. The configuration is selected based on material, thickness, sheet size, production target, and loading requirements.

When is sheet laser cutting needed?
It is selected when sheet metal needs to be cut into component contours through a flexible digital process.
Contract Cutting
For customer jobs with varying materials, thicknesses, and component designs.
Panels & Enclosures
For blanks, openings, holes, covers, panels, and sheet metal cabinets.
Fabricated Components
For brackets, connection plates, machine parts, and other production components.
Four factors that determine the configuration
Laser power alone does not determine the right machine. Work area, material, production flow, and facility support must also be assessed.
1. Material and cutting thickness
The material types and both the most common and maximum thicknesses to be processed.
2. Sheet size
Standard material dimensions and the largest component determine the required work area.
3. Production target
Volume, design variety, shift pattern, and target cutting time should be defined.
4. Loading and unloading flow
Factory space, material handling, and automation plans influence the table configuration.
